is a very gifted fitness instructor. She is knowledgeable and helpful,
and goes out of her way to ensure that each
of her clients receive personalized instruction and care, no matter
what their current fitness level. She is able to achieve that
delicate balance of respecting each person's abilities, yet pushing them
enough to help them achieve their goals. Boot camp involves so much
more than the actual class. I have learned much about nutrition, how
my body works, and have received accountability for all aspects
regarding my health and fitness. I have seen immediate results when
it comes to my body's performance throughout the session. It is an
integral part of my wellness plan.
that impresses me most about Danielle is her ability to challenge everyone in class at their own level of fitness with
options to make an exercise more challenging, modifications for those with
physical limitations, and a friendly, encouraging nudge to anyone who might be
able to dig a tiny bit deeper to meet her own goals.
Danielle's classes are perfect for any individual - whether you're highly fit,
or whether you're just gearing up into an exercise routine. She has the
ability to tailor the exercises to be much harder, or easier, based on your
fitness level -- and she has a keen awareness of how each of us is doing during
class. By keeping her class sizes
under 20, and with her professional expertise, she is always watching
for proper form, and she helps us personally make the necessary adjustments to
really maximize our workout safely. I really appreciate how she works
hard to create a warm and friendly
environment among the class - and with each individual in the
class. She creates a "team" approach as we share our fitness
goals with each other, and she creates accountability as she follows up
personally and collectively with each of us each week. Workouts are not
boring or usual -- each one is different and keeps you moving for the entire
hour. I appreciate that she doesn't come across too perky or too perfect
-- but that she's a great combination
of encourager, coach, teammate, and expert. I encourage all of my
women friends to check out Danielle's class.
Danielle's classes push me to the limit and inspire me to do things I never thought I could do.
