Schedule and Pricing

Whether you are a hard core athlete or enjoy your couch time, morning Boot Camp will get your metabolism revved up first thing and keep it that way throughout the day.  All classes can easily be modified to fit every fitness level.  Not sure about Boot Camp workouts?  Just give it a try and you'll love it!

Classes are one hour, 2 or 3 days each week and sessions typically last 4-5 weeks. 

West Linn Fitness is for Women Only and meets at Willamette Christian Church. If it's dry and not too cold we are outside otherwise we're in the full-size gym.  Bring layers just in case.

ALL DAYS ARE A GREAT, CALORIE-BURNING, METABOLISM-REVVING WORKOUT!

SCHEDULE: 

Feel free to jump in ANYTIME! Dues will be prorated as sessions run month to month.

Location:
All classes meet at Willamette Christian Church.  We are outside if it's dry and not too cold or inside the full-sized gym otherwise.

Cost:2x/wk for 4 week session = $80

       2x/wk for 5 week session = $100

Drop-ins = $12/class
